Kadbagimizi temizleyelim, karpuz dilimi gibi dograyip kabuklarini keselim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Karpuz dilimi kabaklarimizi küp küp dograyalim. Sogani ve sarmisagida minik minik dograyalim. Maydonozuda sapi ile birlikte irice dograyip, tuzunu atip, 4-5 su bardagi su ekleyip. Corbanin üzerine gezdirin. Minik bir tencerede tereyagini azicik kizdiririz, nanesini, biberini de ekledikmi, tamamdir. Ister porsiyon basi sosunu paylastirin, ister tamamini tencereye bosaltin. Azicik kavuralim ve 2 su bardagi su ekleyerek icine sarimsaklari sarmisak ezecegi ile ezerek koyalim. 2 dakika kaynayiversin. Simdi minik bir karistirma kabinda sosunu hazirlayalim. unu, yumurtayi ve sirkeyi cirpma teli ile iyice cirpalim 2 bardak soguk su ekleyelim. Tencerenin altini orta atese acalim, sosun icine corbadan biraz ekleyelim. Bunu yine cirpalim bu islemi yumurta pismesin diye yapiyoruz. Simdi yavas yavas sosu tencereye ekleyelim ve sürekli cirpalim. Ocagin altini kisalim, bir miktar daha karistiralim. 3-5 dakika kendi pissin, koyulasinca hazir demektir.
